While using Priori Data, all data that is transferred between your computer and our Service is encrypted with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

You are only authorized to use Priori Data to retrieve information which you have lawful rights to access and provide to us, per our Terms of Service.

While using the Service, we never store your sensitive information in cookies. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We have a Data Security Policy that details how Priori Data transmits, stores and uses Connected Account data.

We understand that Priori Data relies on sensitive statistical and financial data to be stored on our servers, and that steps must be taken to ensure this data stays private.

Except as described herein, your specific set of Connected Account Data will never be disclosed, sold or shared with a third party in an identifiable and non-anonymous form, unless we conclude that it is required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process; when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request, or to any other third party with your prior consent to do so.

We may also choose to buy or sell assets, and in these types of transactions, data is typically one of the transferred assets. If Priori Data is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.

To market, operate and improve our services for you and other customers (including our Priori Data Service), and build and operate new services and products, we reserve the right, and you hereby grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable and transferable (as set forth in this Privacy Policy and/or the Terms of Use) right, to use your Connected Account data for such purposes.

Specifically, we will periodically access and include your Connected Account data in the pool of data used by our Priori Data Statistical Model to generate and provide estimates of app performance (e.g., downloads, revenues, etc) across publishers, industries, geographies and marketplaces. Subscribers to our Priori Data service will never receive your specific set of Connected Account data in an identifiable, non-aggregated form. You hereby acknowledge and consent to such use by using our Service.

For the avoidance of doubt, the estimates generated by our Priori Data Statistical Model (and made available to others) may include performance estimates of your assets / digital goods / products that are derived from pools of information including your Connected Account data.

Because they are generated by our Statistical Model from pooled information and are only estimates, we consider these estimates regarding your apps to be non-identifiable, aggregated and anonymized even though (a) the estimates may be very similar to the actual performance data you provided as part of the Connected Account data and (b) the estimates may specifically name each app and publisher.

Additionally, from time to time, our sales, support and engineering staff (including those of third party service providers we use authorized to carry out tasks on our behalf as described below) may log in to the Service on your account in order to provide you assistance with sales, billing or technical issues upon your request.

Furthermore, all employees of Priori Data are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to ensure the privacy of your Connected Account data and Source Account Information.

Information is also provided in certain limited circumstances to third parties to carry out tasks on our behalf for the purpose of maintaining, operating, providing and improving the Service (including without limitation, billing, emailing, processing applications, CRM, support or data storage) with strict restrictions that prevent the data from being used or shared except as directed by us. When third parties are carrying out these tasks on our behalf, they are subject to agreements that oblige them to process such information only on our instructions and in compliance with this Policy and to undertake appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us. You hereby acknowledge and consent to such use by using our Service.

Some of our pages (such as those accepting job applications) utilize framing techniques to serve content from our partners while preserving the look and feel of our site. Please be aware that you are providing your personal information to these third parties and not to Priori Data.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services, including for up to 1 year following the cancellation of your contract. We will also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
